Refund policy

We want you to love your Viscera Archive piece. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact contact@visceraarchive.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns and exchanges must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Glass bottles are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
